Con el presente proveído la Sala Especial de Seguimiento de la Sentencia SU.020/22 concede la prórroga solicitada por la Procuraduría delegada para el Seguimiento del Acuerdo de Paz, respecto del término fijado para cumplir la orden decimoséptima del Auto 2224/23.
Con base en lo anterior se otorgan días hábiles adicionales para remitir a la Corporación el informe requerido en la providencia en mención.

- PRIMERO. ACCEDER a la solicitud presentada por la Procuraduría delegada para el Seguimiento al Acuerdo de Paz. En consecuencia, OTORGAR diez (10) días hábiles adicionales contados a partir de la notificación de esta providencia para remitir a esta Sala Especial de Seguimiento lo ordenado en el numeral decimoséptimo de la parte resolutiva del Auto 2224 de 2023, de conformidad con la parte motiva de esta providencia.
